Thunderchild - Epic Shouts and Immersion Mod
MODThunderchild enables players to create shout-centric characters, adding 29 new shouts with multiple effects.
Configuration options available in the Thunderchild MCM if SkyUI is installed (SkyUI not required to use Thunderchild).
To enable it and modify the amount of experience given, use the Thunderchild MCM (mod configuration menu, requires SkyUI) to adjust the value of "Shouting Gives Speech Exp".
