It increases memory load a bit by having a few of the most common and time-sensitive sounds pre-loaded into RAM at all times, but I have been very conservative with this tactic so the amount of increased memory use should be negligible on that front.

So anything else which changes this will have no conflicts, like Sounds of Skyrim, Purity or Climates of Tamriel.
