MODExtended Encounters adds new random road, wilderness, and location encounters to make the world seem more immersive, dynamic, and alive.
Open %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Skyrim Special Edition\plugins.txt and add *Extended Encounters.esp after your master files.
Situation Encounters such as Sleep, Wait and Fast Travel encounters will also require SKSE.
