Arm Movement Animations (OAR) Mod
MODAdds over 80 variants to "folded arms" animation overlay (offsetarmscrossed.hkx) according to NPCs armor type, personality or role in society.
This animation is often gets activated for NPCs in dialogue and replaces arm movement from idle animations or gestures currently playing, resulting in characters seem less lively.
This kind of mod can be installed at any time in the playthrough and does not require starting a new game because it doesn’t affect the game’s save files.
