MODBetter Punching is a mod that overhauls punching and breaking mechanics. Its purpose is to alter block destruction and bare-handed interactions in the game. Notably, players can no longer break blocks that they cannot harvest. Punching wood without tools now applies a Splinter effect, and glass breaks instantly, inflicting a Bleeding effect if broken by hand. Obtaining cactus bare-handed requires the player to sneak, or else they will receive the Splinter effect.
