Dried Ghasts can be found near Nether Fossils in various Nether biomes and can be hatched by waterlogging them, a process that takes about one in-game day. Ghast Tears can speed up hatching, and a Stick can be used to check progress. Hatched Ghastlings can be healed and grow faster into Happy Ghasts when fed snowballs.
