The Sophisticated JEI Index mod introduces a JEI Index Upgrade specifically for Sophisticated Backpacks. This upgrade allows JEI recipe transfer to pull ingredients from equipped backpacks that have the upgrade enabled, in addition to the player's inventory. The mod is compatible with native JEI recipe transfer and utilizes enabled backpacks as additional ingredient sources, following the backpack selection order. It also supports crafting terminals from mods such as AE2, Refined Storage, Tom's Storage, and Beyond Dimensions, prioritizing ingredients from the network, then player inventory, and finally enabled backpacks. Shift-click max transfer and JEI complete-set semantics are supported.

AE2 Omni Cells is an AE2 addon mod: a single storage cell can store multiple AE resource types at the same time (such as items, fluids, etc.; the exact set depends on what mods and AE2 integrations you have installed).
Applied Pneumatics is an add-on that integrates Applied Energistics 2 and PneumaticCraft: Repressurized. Recursive AE2 Pattern Provider automates the generation of dependency patterns for complex recipes within Applied Energistics 2. Its primary purpose is to eliminate manual pattern creation for multi-tier crafting. Key features include the automatic creation of patterns for missing crafting ingredients, recursive logic that generates patterns for ingredients of ingredients to a configured depth, and recipe discovery that only creates patterns for items with valid crafting recipes. The mod also supports universal AE2 pattern types, including Crafting, Processing, Smithing Table, and Stonecutting Patterns.
ExtendedAE Plus is an extension mod for Applied Energistics 2 (AE2) that adds practical functions and auxiliary operations to enhance your automation experience.

Bigger AE2 is a mod that introduces new storage and crafting components. It offers Quantum Item Storage Cells and Quantum Fluid Storage Cells, both providing increased storage capacity while being limited to a single item or fluid type. For even greater capacity, Digital Singularity Item Storage Cells and Digital Singularity Fluid Storage Cells are available, described as having "almost infinit" storage for one item or fluid type respectively.
Unlike conventional add-ons integrating the two together, AppliedE works by turning ProjectE's EMC into a distinct "key type" able to be displayed, reported and manipulated by an ME network and converted into items upon request via AE2's auto-crafting facilities.
