The mod supports various portal types, including vanilla Nether and End portals, as well as Aether portals (if The Aether is installed), Ars Nouveau warp portals (if Ars Nouveau is installed), Draconic Evolution portals (if Draconic Evolution is installed), and the Pina Colada teleport (if Tropicraft is installed).
