TFC Texture Tweaks Resource Pack 1.18.2

A couple of texture tweaks for TFC:TNG that make it a bit more in line with vanilla

- No side grass - a tweak that makes TFC grass blocks show the vanilla dirt with a small bit of grass at the top texture on the sides instead of the full grass texture.
