Xray Snitch Mod 1.20.1–1.21.1

The Xray Snitch mod aims to assist server operators in detecting and preventing Xray usage. When included in a modpack, this mod registers an empty argument, making its presence required on client-side installations if the server also has it installed. Clients attempting to connect without this mod will be unable to join the server. Its primary function is to check for Xray texture packs when players join the server, subsequently sending a message to the server if such a pack is detected.

Key features of Xray Snitch include the ability to automatically ban players based on the detection of Xray texture packs and to provide an easy method for identifying Xray users within the game. It is important to note that the mod's detection capabilities are limited to texture packs and are not exhaustive. While most detection results are true positives, false positives can occur. The absence of a detection from this mod should not be considered definitive proof that a player is not using Xray.
