World Border (Legacy Fabric) Mod 1.16–1.17.1

MOD

World Border (Legacy Fabric) is a minimalistic and configurable mod designed to limit world size. Its primary purpose is to prevent infinitely large file sizes and keep players within a defined area. A key feature is the ability to loop around the world when a border is hit, teleporting players to the opposite side of the map along the x/z coordinates. This creates an infinitely looping world while still maintaining a size limit. Alternatively, players can be teleported a configurable distance back inside the border without looping. The mod also sends messages when players are near or hit the world border.

The mod offers extensive configuration options, including enabling custom borders for the Overworld, Nether, and End dimensions. Users can set positive and negative x/z coordinates for each world border. Further configurations allow adjusting the distance players are teleported back from the border, and customizing messages for approaching, hitting, or looping around the border. The mod is compatible with Fabric versions 1.16 and 1.17. It requires the library mod Collective (Fabric) and the Fabric API to function.
