MODWhaleborne introduces The Hullback, a new mob found in deep ocean biomes. These creatures are initially friendly but can become covered in gunk. Players can clean a Hullback using an Axe and Shears, after which the creature becomes indebted to them. Hullbacks can then be saddled and armored using 64 Planks or other compatible armor materials. The mod also includes Widgets, which are useful additions and trinkets like sails and cannons. These Widgets can be installed on a Hullback after being discovered in buried treasure and sunken ships. When riding, a Hullback's inventory can be accessed using 'E'. Cannons have their own inventory (accessed with 'E') and can be fired with the spacebar, provided gunpowder is available. If an anchor is installed, it can be raised and lowered from the helm using the spacebar.
