Tom's Performant Storage is an addon designed to apply performance patches specifically to Tom's Simple Storage Mod. Its current availability is limited to Minecraft version 1.20.1 Forge. The primary purpose of this mod is to enhance the performance of the core storage mod.
For this addon to function, Tom's Simple Storage Mod must already be installed. The developer notes that newer versions of Tom's Simple Storage Mod, including 1.21.1, incorporate their own optimizations, making this specific performance addon less necessary for those versions. Consequently, porting Tom's Performant Storage to newer versions is unlikely.
