Skin And Bones Mod 1.19–1.19.2

MOD

Skin And Bones introduces four new mobs, all inspired by Native American folklore, each with unique features and drops. These entities, including the Wendigo, Antlered Wendigo, Skinwalker, and Cursed Villager, spawn naturally alongside their own structures. These structures can be disabled by setting the game difficulty to Peaceful. The mod also features various new items, such as Malignant Twigs, Victim Bones, Wendigo Teeth, and several pieces of special armor and blocks like the Wendigo Skull and Bone Snappers. A key mechanic is the "Curse of The Wendigo," which imparts extreme hunger but also provides "wild animalistic benefits" and allows bartering with Cursed Villagers.

The Wendigo mob, a "monstrous cannibal," can be found in packs primarily in Taiga biomes, with increased prevalence in Snowy Taiga dens. The Antlered Wendigo, a more sinister evolution, spawns in dens within Old Growth Pine and Taiga biomes, dropping special items for crafting. Skinwalkers, witches who assume animal forms, appear in temperate biomes like Plains, Forests, and all Taiga types, changing shape after killing animals. Cursed Villagers, corrupted by the Wendigo's curse, offer unique trades when the player is under the influence of the Wendigo's Curse. This mod REQUIRES GECKOLIB to function.
