RenderScale Mod 1.20.1–26.3
MODRenderScale allows users to modify Minecraft's rendering resolution independently of its user interface. This can be used to increase the scale for antialiasing or decrease it to potentially improve performance. The mod includes FSR 1 upscaling, available on specific Minecraft versions: 1.20.1, 1.21.1, and 1.21.11+. It also offers dynamic scaling, which attempts to maintain a target FPS by continuously adjusting the render scale during gameplay. An optional sharpening post-processing feature is also available.

Users can control the render scale multiplier via a keyboard hotkey or through the mod menu configuration. The mod also features dynamic scaling, which automatically adjusts the render scale to target a specific frame rate, though this feature is unavailable when shaders are enabled due to stuttering issues. RenderScale is compatible with Vulkan, including Iris Vulkan, specifically for versions 26.2 and above. Compatibility with Minecraft versions includes Fabric and NeoForge for 1.21.2 and above, and 1.21.1, and Forge 1.20.1. However, some versions do not support Fabulous graphics.
