Within the SCP-093 dimension, players will encounter two types of creatures. Ghosts appear in groups within the cities and are neutral, vanishing upon approach. The more significant threat, The Unclean, are large, aggressive creatures that spawn in the fields, particularly at night. Defeating an Unclean creature may reward the player with another SCP-093 disk, which is necessary to return to the Overworld. SCP-093 itself is a red disk with black symbols, and only one instance of it can naturally spawn anywhere in the Overworld, similar to a normal monster.
