Recursive AE2 Pattern Provider Mod 1.21.1–26.1.2

MOD

Recursive AE2 Pattern Provider automates the generation of dependency patterns for complex recipes within Applied Energistics 2. Its primary purpose is to eliminate manual pattern creation for multi-tier crafting. Key features include the automatic creation of patterns for missing crafting ingredients, recursive logic that generates patterns for ingredients of ingredients to a configured depth, and recipe discovery that only creates patterns for items with valid crafting recipes. The mod also supports universal AE2 pattern types, including Crafting, Processing, Smithing Table, and Stonecutting Patterns.

Users can toggle recursion on or off directly in the Pattern Encoding Terminal's Crafting Patterns tab. Alternatively, any AE2 pattern can be converted to a recursive pattern by crafting it with a configured recipe item, defaulting to an iron ingot. To revert a recursive pattern to normal, it can be crafted alone without the recipe item. If a non-crafting pattern is set as recursive, it must be placed in a Pattern Provider attached to a Molecular Assembler. The mod requires Applied Energistics 2 and is compatible with Minecraft 1.21.1 and NeoForge 21.1.205+.
