OfflineSkins (Fabric) Mod 1.15.2–1.21.5

MOD

OfflineSkins (Fabric) allows users to display their skins even when connected to an offline mode server. If a normal skin fails to load, users can add a custom skin file to the .minecraft/cachedImages/skins folder, named after the username with a .png extension, which the mod will then utilize. The mod can also use Crafatar to provide skins when the primary method fails, and this Crafatar integration can be disabled.

This client-only mod supports high resolution skins from version 1.12.2-v3 onwards and can be configured to use a custom skin server after version 1.12.2-v2. It does not need to be installed on the server, but it does require FabricAPI to function.
