NetherPortalFix Mod 1.17.1–26.3

MOD

NetherPortalFix resolves a notorious vanilla Minecraft multiplayer issue where returning through a Nether portal unexpectedly transports players to another player's base. It intelligently tracks the specific portal each adventurer stepped through to guarantee a correct return trip.
