MODMinewatch integrates Overwatch elements into Minecraft, introducing Overwatch heroes, armor, and weapons for use within the game. Each hero has an associated full armor set, specific weapon(s), and a unique token. These tokens are used to craft hero-specific equipment: one token alone crafts a weapon, while a token combined with an iron armor piece crafts an armor part. Tokens have a default 1/100 drop chance from mobs, which can be adjusted in the configuration.

The mod also includes "Hero Mobs," which are monsters equipped with heroes' gear, attacks, and abilities. These mobs offer extensive customization options in the config for their attack behaviors, spawn conditions, and drop rates. By default, they provide a higher chance of dropping tokens and their heroes' equipment, serving as a source of gear in survival mode. They can appear naturally or be spawned using eggs. Additionally, a dedicated tab in the inventory allows for finding Overwatch maps, changing hero armor skins, and accessing mod configurations.
