Legendary Tooltips [Neo/Forge] Mod 1.12.2–26.3

Legendary Tooltips [Neo/Forge] enhances item tooltips with artistic effects like 3D previews, shadows, color-matching borders, and separators. It supports up to sixteen custom borders configured by item name, mod, or NBT tag.

Custom borders can be defined via resource packs or .json files in mods, with full support for color-matching and image-based designs. Requires Iceberg and Prism (1.3+), and is fully client-side.
