MODImmersive Armor HUD adds information to the HUD about what types of armor you're currently wearing, above the existing armor strength bar, with durability information showing which armors are about to break.

The position and offset of the armor HUD bar is configurable--you can switch it to the right side, or adjust the X and Y position manually.
