I&F: RLCraft Edition Mod 1.12.2

This fork is made specifically for use in RLCraft, and is forked from "Ice and Fire" version 1.7.1.

This fork includes backported features from later versions of Ice & Fire which were never built for 1.12.2 - including lightning dragons, copper (armor, weapons, and tools included), amethysts, ghosts, and more.
