MODThe I&F Amphithere Mod introduces over 20 new variants for Amphitheres. It also adds male and female genders with unique tail tips, which is configurable. Amphitheres now feature glowing eyes and a configurable inventory with armor slots, supporting beak, head, wing, body, and tail pieces in copper, iron, gold, diamond, and silver tiers. A configurable stamina system can be enabled, causing Amphitheres to use stamina for flight. Additionally, new Amphithere eggs function similarly to dragon eggs but require specific hatch conditions, such as being in a warm biome and on a leaf block, which is also configurable.

The mod implements AI changes, causing Amphitheres to fight back if attacked while sitting, and dragon flutes now prompt them to follow. Offspring have a 20% chance to inherit a variant from a parent, otherwise a random wild variant will be assigned. Note that some rare variants are not obtainable through breeding and some are unbreedable. Cocoa bean feeding has been improved to restore 10% of an Amphithere's max health, but they cannot be fed if at full health, a configurable option. A new craftable item, the XXL Chocolate Cookie, provides a configurable Health Boost 10 effect for three hours.
