Health Indicators Mod 1.20.1–1.21.11

MOD

Health Indicators is a game modification designed to display the health of other players and entities directly above them through a health bar. The mod offers extensive configuration options, including toggles for indicator visibility based on entity categories (Hostile, Passive, Players, Self), specific entity types (e.g., minecraft:pig), player names, and conditions such as whether entities have been attacked, damaged, or are currently being looked at by the player. Users can also adjust the size, offset, indicator type (Hearts or Number), percentage-based health display, and text color.

The health indicator dynamically alters its appearance to reflect entity status effects, mirroring vanilla game behavior. For instance, it turns green for poisoned entities, black for entities suffering from Wither, displays separate yellow hearts for Absorption, and vibrates when an entity has Regeneration. Textures also change for Hardcore mode. All these visual changes can be disabled within the mod's configuration. Keybinds are available for functions like enabling the health indicator, adjusting its offset, overriding config filtering, and enabling an optional armor indicator.
