MODGregic Additions is an addon for GregTech Community Edition, designed to extend gameplay by incorporating content from GregTech 5 Unofficial (GT5U) and GregTech 6 (GT6). Its purpose is to make GTCE functionally similar to GT5U, excluding some aspects, while also integrating specific GT6 features. This mod introduces various machines from GT5U, such as the Circuit Assembling Machine, Mass Fabricator, Replicator, Naquadah Reactors, and tier 5-8 versions of existing machines. It also adds GT5U multiblocks like the Fusion Reactor and Assembly Line, along with superconductors for every tier.

From GT6, Gregic Additions introduces the Cluster Mill machine and the Coke Oven multiblock. Processing changes from GT6 include plate bending, the use of Positive and Neutral Matter instead of UU-Matter, plates crafted from Double Ingots, and wrenches made with Plates instead of Ingots. The mod also provides support for Forestry's Electron Tubes and adds recipes for Electrodes, along with Tinkers' support that modifies the Grout recipe and requires casting for Molds and Extruder Shapes. Additional processing features include the Packager and Unpackager crafting and uncrafting in a 3x3, and forming Clay into Bricks, inspired by GTNH.
