MODFreeLook is a client-side mod that enables players to look around a scene without altering their character's movement direction or position. This feature, common in many first-person shooter games, allows for independent head movement. The view reverts to the original direction once the keybind, which is Left Alt by default, is released.
FreeLook is a client-side mod that enables players to look around a scene without altering their character's movement direction or position. This feature, common in many first-person shooter games, allows for independent head movement. The view reverts to the original direction once the keybind, which is Left Alt by default, is released.
This mod is suitable for use in modpacks and on servers, as it is client-side only. It allows for convenient actions such as surveying surroundings while flying with an elytra without affecting acceleration, or looking to the side while continuing to run forward. The mod will not be ported to versions older than 1.12, and versions between 1.12.2 and the latest will not be added. Additionally, versions lower than 1.21.11 will not be maintained, except for major game-breaking bugs.
