Text color can be set using 'basecolor' and 'basecolor_food' with HEX color values. The scale of the text can be modified using 'scale' and 'scale_food' multipliers. Prefixes and suffixes can be added with 'prefix', 'prefix_food', 'suffix', and 'suffix_food' values. Additionally, users can choose to disable the display of max health or max food, or completely hide either the health or food overlays.
