MODDark Caverns is a new dimension mod for Minecraft, expanding mining, adventure, and exploration. Accessing the Dark Caverns requires a specific process. Players must trade with a master-level cartographer to purchase a map to the forgotten tower. The cost is typically around 36 emeralds, varying based on the villager's mood. Following the map leads to the forgotten tower, where players must defeat enemies, claim loot, and acquire a key. This key is used on a piece of cracked bedrock to open a gateway to the Dark Caverns. The mod is planned to be kept up to date with the latest Forge versions, and compatibility with terrain mods is expected, provided they do not completely remove bedrock.
