The filled Tear Bottle can be smelted to transform the tears into salt, resulting in a Salt Bottle. Placing the Salt Bottle into any crafting grid will return eight units of salt and the empty Tear Bottle, allowing for repeated use. A crafting recipe for the Tear Bottle itself involves combining a bottle with leather in any crafting grid. It is required that another mod adding salt functionality be present for the salt bottles to have a use, with compatibility noted for items using the "itemSalt" Ore Dictionary entry.
