MODCreate: More Features is a modification that introduces 10 professions, each requiring a special block. These professions include Confectioner, Engineer, Trackman, Lineman, Plumber, Postman, Constructor, Mechanic, Sundries Trader, and one other. Each profession facilitates trading of specific items; for example, the Confectioner buys and sells sweets, while the Engineer deals in brass mechanisms. The mod also features several automatic farms, such as those for coal, diamond, graphite, red sandstone copper, deepslate, and lapis lazuli, with additional farms planned for future updates.

The mod also incorporates new materials and items. Graphite, a new fuel obtained from deep shale, can be used to create diamonds but only burns if a stack has more than 10 items. Saltpeter, sulfur, and coal pieces are introduced as crafting components. Additional items include Decorative Railway Casing, Multi buckets which are reusable and upgradable, an Antioxidant, Dimmable rose quartz lamp, Rotation Recorder, and Vibration Blocker. Future updates plan to add Velcro and a Flying block, along with new end-game resources and tools.
