MODCocktails Delight is a mod that expands the drink offerings within Brewin' and Chewin' by utilizing ingredients from other Farmer's Delight add-ons. It requires both Brewin' and Chewin' and Farmer's Delight to function. The mod's purpose is to introduce a variety of new alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Depending on additional food mods or Farmer's Delight add-ons, users can access over forty drinks, including items like Pina Colada and Tequila Sunrise. Without these extra add-ons, a base selection of drinks such as Hard Cider, Tequila, and Gin is still available. The mod also provides its own grapes.

The mod features various new drinks, including Hot Toddy, Mint Julep, and Mulled Cider, alongside 8 new beers that require Hops and Malt. Kahlua and three new cocktails made with it have also been added, with existing Black and White Russian recipes changed to incorporate Kahlua. All drinks in Cocktails Delight provide specific effects; for instance, all wines grant either Arrow Looting or Overdraw, or both. Other effects include Wisdom for double XP, Hurricane for increased damage, and Good Omen for removing negative statuses. The mod is compatible with several other mods like Thirst Was Taken and Fruits Delight.
