Cobblemon Utility+ (IVs, EVs, & More) Mod 1.21.1
MODCobblemon Utility+ introduces several new items for modifying Cobblemon stats and attributes. Items like Golden, Silver, Wooden, Void, and Obsidian Caps affect Individual Values (IVs), allowing users to maximize, randomize, set to zero, or decrease specific IVs. The mod also includes a Shiny Card to alter shiny status, a Ball Synchronizer to change a Cobblemon's Pok\u00e9 Ball, and a Transmutation Orb for gender changes. For Effort Values (EVs), a Void Feather sets them to zero.

Additional items in Cobblemon Utility+ address other aspects of Cobblemon management. Friendship can be increased with a Pok\[u00e9] Treat or decreased with a Stale Pok\[u00e9] Treat. Level modifications are possible using Common Candy to decrease level by one, or Mastery Candy to set a Cobblemon's level to 100. The Devolution Relic allows for devolution. For comprehensive changes, Cobblemax maximizes level, IVs, and Friendship, while Cobblemin minimizes them. A Rider's Relic boosts riding stats by 100. EV Feathers have provided recipes in the datapack.
