Each heart tier boosts health or attack damage; the Heart Amulet holds all canisters, while the Soul Amulet and Vitality Blade expand functionality with specific crafting and usage rules. Configurable starting health resets to default if set to 0 or below, and Warden drops Echo Shards for renewable resources.
