MODAnvil Fix modifies the game to remove the default level limit of 40 for combining items in an Anvil. This allows for unlimited repairs of items and the combination of enchantments that would typically be too costly in Survival mode. Its purpose is to bypass this inherent restriction.
Anvil Fix modifies the game to remove the default level limit of 40 for combining items in an Anvil. This allows for unlimited repairs of items and the combination of enchantments that would typically be too costly in Survival mode. Its purpose is to bypass this inherent restriction.
The mod includes a configuration option to eliminate the cumulative experience cost associated with item repair. While technically not required on the client side, its absence will cause the anvil GUI to display a "too expensive" warning instead of the actual level cost, even though the item combination process will still function successfully.
