Advancement Plaques [Neo/Forge] Mod 1.12.2–26.3

Advancement Plaques transforms the Minecraft accomplishment experience by replacing standard popups with ornate, glowing banner plaques. When players unlock a task, goal, or challenge advancement, the mod renders a stylized visual banner accompanied by custom celebration sound effects.

The mod offers deep configuration via Iceberg, allowing players to filter plaque appearances by advancement category, customize screen placement, or reposition banner offsets. Server packs can fully customize the aesthetic through resource packs without conflicting with toast management mods.
