The modpack integrates custom mods like TFC Florae and TFC Elementia, which are tailored to enhance world exploration. A requirement for running Poetica is Java 17 for Minecraft versions 1.18 and above, as certain JVM arguments only work with specific Java versions. Users are advised to install OptiFine and to use a TerraFirmaCraft version before v2.2.19 if playing with Florae v2.1.2 or older to prevent issues with missing block models.
