The modpack increases difficulty by modifying terrain generation to consist solely of cold biomes. Players must manage body temperature using the Cold Sweat mod. A detailed quest guidance system and mod tutorials are provided, guiding players through different ages from the Bronze Age to the Electrical Age, allowing them to develop industry and magic on a frozen landscape. Visual and audio enhancements are included via mods like Oculus, Falling Leaves, and Ambient Sounds, which can be toggled off. The modpack requires Java 17 or higher and any Minecraft launcher supporting Curseforge modpacks. It supports both single-player and multiplayer play, and quest descriptions are currently only in Simplified Chinese.
