Lucky Blocks can be found naturally in the world or crafted. Wild-spawned blocks have varying default Lucky values: -75 for those in deserts near Netherrack, 75 for those in End Stone Brick rooms, and 0 for those generated on the surface. Crafted Lucky Blocks also have a default Lucky value of 0. The Lucky value can be modified by placing lucky items like diamonds, gold, or emeralds, or unlucky items such as spider eyes or pufferfish, around the Lucky Block in a crafting table. Different items affect the Lucky value by varying amounts.
