Dreamshift Modpack 1.20.1

Dreamshift is an atmospheric horror mod for Minecraft that introduces Dreamspaces, unique and surreal worlds existing beyond slippages, which are unstable tears in reality. This mod focuses on the experience of encountering something otherworldly and finding a way back home. Slippages can appear anywhere in the world and lead to Dreamspaces rather than the Nether or the End. Dreamspaces are temporary experiences, fragments, memories, places, and mistakes, distinct from regular Minecraft dimensions. They are unique horror environments outside the normal survival experience, each with its own atmosphere, weather, time, events, sounds, buildings, and structure.

The mod features over 20 unique Dreamspaces, which are individual dimensions, not biome variations. Each Dreamspace has its own time, weather, sky behavior, reset state, scripted logic, portal or slippage destination, and world lifecycle. Some Dreamspaces have scripted events, which are pre-built situations with specific pacing, behavior, dialogue, movement, and return mechanics. Non-scripted Dreamspaces may use systems like random return timers, fatal fall prevention, or sleep attempt returns to return players to the Overworld. If a Dreamspace has a scripted entity or return story, random timer returns are disabled.
