DragonFire Reborn Modpack 1.12.2
MODPACKDragonFire Reborn is a modpack that expands Minecraft's exploration and creature systems. It introduces a new biome called the Lightlands, alongside various existing biomes, where players can discover different structures. The most common structures are dragon nests, corresponding to 76 distinct dragons. These nests vary in location, such as tundras or swamps, depending on the dragon type. Other structures include the Furyforge, used to craft advanced versions of the Nightfury dragon, specifically the Shadowfury, Flamefury, Forestfury, and Waterfury. Additional structures, like Fire Nation Campsites and Obelisks (not to be confused with boss obelisks), exist for dimensions within DragonFire, offering new dragons, tools, blocks, and armor.

Beyond finding and hatching dragons with incubators, players can train them as flying companions. The modpack also supports building pens for dragons and guarding them with sentries from Security Craft. Crafting working boats is possible with DaVinci's Vessels, and farming features are included via Pam's HarvestCraft. While the modpack incorporates the Aether and Atum dimensions as separate mods, it is noted that using Open Terrain Generator is not recommended as it may hinder most dragon spawns. Players might need to download the "ESSENTIAL Mod" to facilitate playing with friends.
