Create: Gears of History is a quest-driven modpack designed to provide a journey through time, spanning from the Stone Age to the Modern Era. It integrates the Create mod with progression tweaks, recipe overhauls, and custom mechanics. The adventure is guided by a chapter-driven questbook, which includes over 650 custom quests and rewards. The modpack incorporates over 170 mods, such as Create, Farmer's Delight, and Supplementaries, along with their addons. It also features overhauled world generation using Therralith, introducing new structures, villages, dungeons, and strongholds.

This modpack introduces new vanilla-style weapons, enchantments, and items for tool and armor upgrades, alongside advanced item automation using Create and carefully selected low-tech mods with custom recipes. It expands building options with hundreds of new blocks and decorations, farming with new crops and trees, and cooking with numerous foods and drinks offering powerful bonuses. Immersive storage and item transport solutions are provided for each game stage. Quality of life features include Waystones, Backpacks, enchantment management, and villager trade cycling. The modpack is compatible with peaceful difficulty, offering unique ways to acquire mob resources. Requirements for use include Java version 17+ and 4-5GB of allocated RAM with a standard modern CPU.
