For world generation, Builders Delight 2 defaults to Biomes O' Plenty, which provides varied biomes with adjusted animal spawns. Alternatively, it includes Terraforged, allowing for a more realistic world generation with features like realistic rivers, gentle elevation transitions, and sharp elevation changes for mesas and mountains. To create a Terraforged world, users must select Terraforged as the world type, load the BD Preset, and it is suggested to generate chunks after creation using the /forge generate command in creative mode. A minimum of 3 GB of RAM is recommended for running the modpack on servers.
