To function, Loose Pebbles requires Handy Notes. A Loose Pebble is obtainable by players who have advanced their Mists of Pandaria The Tillers reputation enough to have received Dog at their farm as a Lost and Lonely reward. Players then take the Pebble to a dog in the Warlords of Draenor Herb Garden. Dog may also be found in the pet store in Legion Dalaran, alongside Breanni.
