MODThe FishingAce mod enhances the fishing experience by providing simplified right-click casting and optional visual and auditory cues for catching a fish. It allows players to double right-click to cast their fishing pole when equipped. The mod includes features to increase the volume of the sound indicating a catch and to enhance the visual "sparklies" in the water. Additionally, it offers an option to automatically apply a lure to the fishing pole.

A known issue with double-click casting can lead to lost catches in rare instances where the loot window and casting actions overlap. The cause of this overlap, whether due to system or connection speed, is currently undetermined, and a workaround has not yet been identified. This mod has been updated for compatibility with Warlords of Draenor (WoD).
