MODBtWLoadouts allows users to change their character's specialization, talents, equipment, and action bars simultaneously. It enables the creation of sets for talents, PvP talents, essences, soulbinds, equipment, and action bars. These individual sets can then be combined into comprehensive loadouts, facilitating their simultaneous activation. The mod also supports adding conditions to these loadouts, prompting the user to switch them in specific situations, such as equipping particular items for certain boss encounters.

Users can interact with BtWLoadouts through various commands: "btwloadouts" or "/btwl" opens the main window, "btwloadouts minimap" or "/btwl m" toggles the minimap icon's visibility, and "btwloadouts activate [loadout]" or "/btwl a [loadout]" activates a specified loadout. Loadouts can also be dragged directly to action bars. A known characteristic is that it does not remove unused set switching macros, which could occupy account-bound macro slots. The mod also requires translations.
