AtlasLoot Classes is an extension for AtlasLoot Enhanced, which is a stated requirement for this addon. Its purpose is to enable users to easily view class abilities and racial traits within AtlasLoot Enhanced. It achieves this by introducing a new "Classes" module. Within this module, there are separate "Instances" for each class, and racial traits are displayed in a similar fashion. Users can browse this information in the same manner they would typically view dungeon drops.

Each class within the extension includes pages for various types of information: Abilities (both Class and Specialization), Talents, Honor Talents, and Glyphs. Certain classes have additional specific pages; for example, Death Knight, Hunter, Mage, and Warlock have pages for Pet and Demon Abilities. Death Knights also have a Runeforging page, and Mages have a Teleportation page. The addon pulls most of its data directly from Wowhead, and it is noted that some spell information might be incorrect or missing due to this source.
