MODThe Anti Fear Training (Pets) mod aims to make pets more confident by reducing their fears. This mod introduces a mechanic where calming a scared pet adds progress to a custom commodity. There are four hidden levels of progress, each disabling an increasing number of pet fears. For instance, Level 1 addresses fears of the Microwave, Cooking, and Brewer, while subsequent levels expand to include fears such as Computers, Gaming, Fitness Equipment, Robot Vacuums, Showers, Toilets, and TVs. Pets reaching a new hidden level will trigger a notification detailing the fears they no longer possess.

It is important to note that petting a scared pet will result in a loss of progress. Sufficient progress loss can cause a pet to become scared again and revert to a lower fear-disabling level. This mod requires the XML Injector mod to function. An optional addon is available that overrides the "Calm Down" pet animation, replacing it with Sims conversing with the scared dog or cat instead. The mod supports multiple languages, including English, German, French, and Spanish, among others.
