Quality Bait Mod 1.6.3–1.6.15

Adds 3 craftable levels of quality for all bait variants added in the base game.

The recipes for wild, magic, and challenge bait need to be learned before their quality variants are unlocked. (unlocked the day after original recipe unlocks).
