[CP] Elemental Transmutation Mod 1.6.15

This Content Patcher mod, "Elemental Exchange", allows players to transmute ores under the Wizard's guidance. The mod's purpose is to enable the conversion of various ore types, either upgrading or downgrading them. It offers two main features: Lesser Transmutation, which converts higher-tier ores to lower-tier (e.g., Iron to Copper), and Greater Transmutation, which converts lower-tier ores to higher-tier (e.g., Copper to Iron).

Lesser Transmutation is enabled by default, while Greater Transmutation is disabled by default but can be enabled via the Generic Mod Config Menu (GMCM). All transmutation recipes are a 1:1 ratio for balance. Recipes unlock naturally through letters received from the Wizard, requiring players to achieve specific heart levels with the Wizard and reach a matching Mining level.
